BEGINNERS POLE DANCING

Here’s where to start if you’re brand new to Pole for fitness! Designed for the absolute beginner, we really don’t mind if you have no upper body strength at all, if you think you have 2 left feet or you’re not flexible enough to even touch your toes. Literally anyone can get started with whatever you’ve currently got and it will take us just 8 short weeks to get you strong enough to hang upside by just your thighs, dancing away like a superstar and a lot closer to your fully flat split!

When:Wednesdays at 8pm starting Feb 5th

BEGINNERS AERIAL HOOPS

We often get asked which is the easiest apparatus to start your aerial adventures with and our vote goes towards the Aerial Hoops. If you’re wanting to get in the air asap, you can be up in that Hoop in week 1 pulling off some super cute poses. We start with nice low Hoops to help you build the muscles first and then take them up a bit higher when you’re feeling more comfy up there. So don’t stress about your height, weight, age, fitness or strength levels! You don’t need anything more than a little bit of courage to get started!

When: Wednesdays at 8pm starting Feb 5th

BEGINNERS HAMMOCKS

 

Hammocks are our latest apparatus we have added to our courses and you’re totally going to love it! Hammocks are a single piece of Silk material in a loop so it’s like an easier version of Silks. If you’re looking to get into Silks one day or you want to fast track getting upside in aerials, Hammocks is a great place for beginners to get started in learning the foundations of building aerial muscles and skills. Suitable for anyone from absolute beginners to current aerial trainers wanting to try out something a bit new and different.

When: Thursdays at 5pm starting Feb 6th

STRETCH & FLEX

Show your sore muscles some love with our Stretch & Flex classes where you can kick your shoes off and enjoy the benefits of a good old stretch sesh! Improve your flexibility, posture, circulation and mood with a series of stretches that help you reach your flex goals as well as improve your general all over health. Suitable for all levels of flexibility from those who already have flat splits to those who can’t touch their toes yet and everyone in between!

When: Tuesdays at 8pm starting Feb 11th (Flexy Goals)

POLE CONDITIONING

Pole Conditioning is a class aimed at giving you the right strength and muscle movement tools to be able to conquer whatever tricks you’re struggling with and get you ready for all the big stuff coming up. We use both the Pole and all our other various gym equipment to focus on helping you build vital pole skills like static holding strength, skin conditioning, grip strength, range of motion ability and much much more. It’s all done in a Boot Camp style class with fun and informative exercises that are beneficial for all levels of Pole trainers and even those who don’t train Pole but just want to get a great work out!

When: Tuesdays at 8pm starting Feb 4th

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga is like a perfect mash up of Silks and Stretch & Flex. Use your hammock to create incredible flexibility by utilising anti gravity and pressure point stretching techniques. Each student has their own personal hammock to be able to relax, unwind and get super deep into your flexibility potential. We also work on building your balance and strength in every class and there’s always a fun trick to attempt at the end plus some time for a snooze in your hammock before class is over.

When: Fridays at 9:15am starting Feb 7th

CHAIR FLOW

Put on your high heels and let’s dance like no one is watching with this awesome choreography class that is sure to get your heart pumping and sweat pouring. No previous dance experience is necessary to join in and have a great time feeling ultra sexy and enjoying a mixture of old school and awesome new beats at the start or end of your week!

When: Wednesdays at 7pm starting Feb 5th

POLE FLOW

Come get your dance fix with us and learn the amazing art of Russian Exotic! We teach a different mini routine every week and you don’t need to have any previous Pole Dancing experience to join in on the fun! You’ll still love getting your sweat pouring and learning how to twist, turn, spin and hair flick your way around the base of the Pole and floor, even if you feel like you have 2 left feet!

When: Wednesdays at 7pm starting Feb 5th

EXOTIC

Our brand new dance class that is all about bringing out your inner sexy in a safe and comfortable environment. Learn a different routine every 2 weeks to super hot tunes and get your weekly dose of cardio mixed in with a much needed confidence booster. It’s the best way to cure the mid week blues and the best thing is that you can have an absolute blast loving yourself sick with literally no previous dance experience at all. Just bring your knee pads and something to wear that makes you feel comfortable and confident!

When: Mondays at 7pm starting Feb 10th

Wednesdays at 8pm starting Feb 5th

BOOTY CAMP

If you’re into full body work outs that will get you results quickly, Booty Camp is the class for you! We use heaps of equipment as well as plenty of body weight exercises to work every muscle in your body so you can achieve a better booty, popping abs, toned arms and super sexy legs. No prerequisite on strength is required as you can take all exercises at your pace and our instructor will personalise your work out if you are dealing with limitations.

When: Fridays at 10:30am starting Feb 7th

SPIN & STRETCH

Mix up fast paced sweaty Spin Bike with calming and gentle stretching for the perfect full body workout. Spin goes for 30 minutes and is the perfect way to still get your cardio on when it’s cold and rainy outside during Winter. Stretch will then help you mellow out and melt away all of the weeks stresses so you can kick start your weekend with all the positive vibes and energy this perfectly balanced workout provides.

When:  Mondays at 5pm starting Feb 10th

SPIN POLE COMBOS

This course is a different mini routine/combination on Spin Pole every week. All combinations have variations depending on your skill level or what you feel capable of doing that week (knowing that some weeks are just generally harder to life than others) so it is an open level class. All you need is a strong aerial invert and intermediate level inverted tricks experience to confidently join in.

Focus on improving your technique in connecting tricks, different ways to dance to different types of music and building strength in stamina, co ordination and cardio when doing routines over singular tricks.

When:  Mondays at 8pm starting Feb 10th
