BEGINNERS POLE DANCING

Here’s where to start if you’re brand new to Pole for fitness! Designed for the absolute beginner, we really don’t mind if you have no upper body strength at all, if you think you have 2 left feet or you’re not flexible enough to even touch your toes. Literally anyone can get started with whatever you’ve currently got and it will take us just 8 short weeks to get you strong enough to hang upside by just your thighs, dancing away like a superstar and a lot closer to your fully flat split!

When: Mondays at 8pm starting October 27th, Tuesdays at 8pm starting October 28th, Wednesdays at 6pm starting October 29th and Thursdays at 7pm starting October 30th

BEGINNERS AERIAL HOOPS

If you’re brand new to aerials and wondering where to start (they all look so good don’t they?), Aerial Hoops is definitely the easiest apparatus to learn for beginners. Don’t stress if you feel like you’re not strong or flexible or any of that kind of stuff that we all go through because guess what, you don’t need to be to get started! That’s what we do in these courses, work away slowly on getting you the muscles and the co ordination to do all the cool stuff! We guarantee that no matter what your age or fitness level, we will be able to get you up in a hoop on your very first lesson and leaving feeling super surprised at how easily you smashed everything in the class!

When: Mondays at 6pm starting October 27th and Thursdays at 6pm starting October 30th

BEGINNERS HAMMOCKS

Hammocks are our latest apparatus we have added to our courses and you’re totally going to love it! Hammocks are a single piece of Silk material in a loop so it’s like an easier version of Silks. If you’re looking to get into Silks one day or you want to fast track getting upside in aerials, Hammocks is a great place for beginners to get started in learning the foundations of building aerial muscles and skills. Suitable for anyone from absolute beginners to current aerial trainers wanting to try out something a bit new and different.

STRETCH & FLEX

Show your sore muscles some love with our Stretch & Flex classes where you can kick your shoes off and enjoy the benefits of a good old stretch sesh! Improve your flexibility, posture, circulation and mood with a series of stretches that help you reach your flex goals as well as improve your general all over health. Suitable for all levels of flexibility from those who already have flat splits to those who can’t touch their toes yet and everyone in between!

AERIAL FIT

 

Aerial Fit is a class aimed at giving you the right strength and muscle movement tools to be able to conquer whatever tricks you’re struggling with and get you ready for all the big stuff coming up. We use both aerial apparatuses and all our other various gym equipment to focus on helping you build vital aerial skills like grip strength, range of motion ability, proper muscle activation and much much more. It’s all done in a Boot Camp style class with fun and informative exercises that are beneficial for all levels of aerial trainers and even those who don’t do aerials at all but just want to get a great work out!

When: Tuesdays at 8pm starting October 28th

CHAIR FLOW

Put on your high heels and let’s dance like no one is watching with this awesome choreography class that is sure to get your heart pumping and sweat pouring. No previous dance experience is necessary to join in and have a great time feeling ultra sexy and enjoying a mixture of old school and awesome new beats at the start or end of your week!

When: Wednesdays at 8pm starting October 29th

POLE FLOW

Come get your dance fix with us and learn the amazing art of Russian Exotic! We teach a different mini routine every week and you don’t need to have any previous Pole Dancing experience to join in on the fun! You’ll still love getting your sweat pouring and learning how to twist, turn, spin and hair flick your way around the base of the Pole and floor, even if you feel like you have 2 left feet!

When: Mondays at 8pm starting October 27th, Wednesdays at 7pm starting October 29th and Thursdays at 7pm starting October 30th

EXOTIC

Our most popular dance class that is all about bringing out your inner sexy in a safe and comfortable environment. Learn a different routine every 2 weeks to super hot tunes and get your weekly dose of cardio mixed in with a much needed confidence booster. It’s the best way to cure the mid week blues and the best thing is that you can have an absolute blast loving yourself sick with literally no previous dance experience at all. Just bring your knee pads and something to wear that makes you feel comfortable and confident!

When: Mondays at 7pm starting October 27th and Wednesdays at 8pm starting October 29th

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga is our unique mix of Stretch & Flex and Hammocks where the main focus is to give you a great all over body stretch out and amp up your zen intake for the end of the week. We use the hammocks to do super effective anti gravity stretch exercises that are proven to help melt away old injuries, reduce muscle tightness and promote flexibility and mobility. Plus it’s very very very good for your soul (especially the part where we get to have a little snoozy time in the hammock to some relaxing music at the end of class).

When:  Thursdays at 5pm starting October 30th
