** LEVEL 1 POLE DANCING **
This is your starting point if you’ve never tried Pole for fitness before and want to learn all the awesome tricks and spins there are you can do on a Pole! Over 8 weeks we will be teaching you progressively harder skills and helping to build up your strength, cardio and flexibility through exercises and routines. There’s no previous experience in anything required to start and definitely no prerequisite for your current strength or flexibility!
WHEN: Mondays @ 6pm starting August 11th & Thursdays @ 7pm starting August 14th
HOW MUCH: Just $100 for a full 8 week course (usually $200)

** BEGINNERS AERIAL HOOPS **
This is your starting point if you’ve never tried Hoops before! Hoops is definitely the easiest of all of our apparatuses to learn. Over 8 weeks we will be teaching you progressively harder skills and helping to build up your strength, cardio and flexibility through exercises and routines. There’s no previous experience in anything required to start and definitely no prerequisite for your current strength or flexibility!

** CHAIR FLOW **
Chair Flow is a choreography based class where you’ll be learning dance routines incorporating a chair. We’ll be teaching you how to use the chair to do awesome tricks as well as getting your heart racing and your blood pumping with our fun and sexy routines. You don’t need any previous dance experience to start as this class is open to all levels including absolute beginners to the art of chair dancing.

** EXOTIC **
Exotic is our fan favourite choreography class because there are no apparatuses involved at all (unless you count the high heels). It’s just you and the dance floor being the absolute sexiest version of yourself you possibly can in your hottest outfit, dancing to your favourite songs. The vibe is always off the chain in an Exotic class!
WHEN: Mondays @ 7pm starting August 11th (ONLY X2 SPOTS LEFT) and Wednesdays @ 8pm starting August 13th (ONLY X1 SPOT LEFT)

** STRETCH & FLEX **
This is your opportunity to destress during the week by showing your body some love with a revitalising stretch session. We aim to help you improve your flexibility and mobility through all different types of stretching and give you a personally tailored experience that helps narrow down where your problem areas are and what type of stretching your body will respond to the best. It’s a great way to relieve tension, removes knots and tightness and improve your general mobility.
WHEN: Tuesdays @ 8pm starting August 12th and Thursdays @ 6pm starting August 14th

** POLE CONDITIONING **
One of our awesome strengthening classes where we use different exercises every week to build up your aerial muscles and get you ready for all those really cool but super tricky Pole skills coming up. Exercises are done both on and off the poles and we also use other gym equipment to give you a huge range of work outs that build your biceps, tone your abs and generally improve your all over fitness. Open to all levels including absolute beginners and even those who don’t do Pole at all but just want the muscles!

** POLE FLOW **
Not to be confused with Level 1 Pole Dancing, Pole Flow is our open level, purely choreography dance based class. You will get your heart pumping and sweat pouring in this class that’s all about the routines and learning how to twist, turn, hair flick, body roll, grind and everything in between. You don’t have to be currently training Pole in a levelled class to join in, this one is suitable for beginners up to masterclass level and everyone in between.
WHEN: Wednesdays @ 7pm starting August 13th (SORRY, SOLD OUT) and Thursdays @ 7pm starting August 14th

** BOOTY CAMP**
Boot Camp but make it 5D style. You definitely won’t be doing any horrible burpies or boring old lunges in this full body workout class! We use all of our aerial equipment as well as only the most fun gym equipment to give you a circuit style work out that’s different every week and will have you both seeing and feeling improvements in your body after just a few weeks! A Boot Camp that involves hula hoops, mini trampolines, aerial rings, balance boards, tight ropes and so so so much more!
